I suggest that when booking this hotel, don't adding breakfast because the hotel does not give you breakfast.

Worst Experience! Never ever book this hotel. It's a loss of your money...
The staff over here is not cooperative they don't know how to talk to customers. Such a bad attitude of the receptionist. No help provided for the luggage, Haven't shared the wifi password after asking for more than two times, Haven't send someone to show the way to the room. I left the hotel and booked some other hotel on the spot.

Booked this one for approx 1500 , for this price exp was okay. But there were few things which i would like to mention.
- Reception guy was not at all welcoming to guests.
- It was an ac room. But reception guy refused to start the ac. And told that they hv put off all ac's bcz of climate while reception ac was working. AC is required as there is only one window in the room and that too was locked by hotel.
- Mineral water was mention in booking but they added that to bill. When i objected they refused to that also then i had to show them the booking then only they deducted the amount.

During the time of booking ,showing breakfast and lunch is included in your amount , but hotel property charged extra for that. I asked the receptionist , he said 3 star to the property ambience ,it was good

Pathetic is the single word I can describe this hotel. Even Hotel word is not appropriate for this property. It's like a lounge. The owner doesn't know how to talk to visitors. At first instance, he refused the check-in. After waiting for 1 hour outside the premises and consistently complaining he agrees to provide the room at an additional cost. I paid an extra 500 bucks. AC was not working even though staff directly refused that owner has denied using of ACs.

No complimentary food was provided which was included in my booking. The room was smelling bad. Waste of money. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very very pathetic... Reception manager is very unprofessional, givin false answers of everything,. 1) My room’s as was not working i complained, he told me ‘ho joayega ap so jao time lagta he’. He didn't even send anyone to check it. When i go to downstairs he again told me mere pas aur koi room nahi he.. It's late at night... The whole night AC didn't even start...2) i booked room with breakfast.. My booking says its a room with breakfast.. But he told me oyo doesn't offer complementary breakf ...more
