I have booked this hotel , during check in time they were demanding extra 200/-i have asked for bill of rs 200 they denied,so I have connected with customer cases within 30 minutes they given me solution adding 200 from their end due to their excellent support I was able to stay this hotel, about hotel rooms are smelling, washroom was not clean , I don't recommend this hotel for best stay.

Town House Hadapsar is a very poor hotelbooking they show it differently and when we actually go there they take extra money after the payment is deductedAnd the staff there is also very wastefulSo please do not book at all, it is not actually a hotel as shown in the photosService is very cheap

please donont book as they show breakfast lunch and dinner in the booking but when you reach hotel they ask for more money as doesnt provide then enough amount and denises lunch breakfast and dinner

My plan includes breakfast but the hotel says we don't provide it. Asked to pay more at the hotel as a tariff plan stating that error. No hangers to place the clothes in the cupboard. Telephone line not working properly, we have connected from our mobile for any requirements. Power cut for more than 4 hours no power backup in hotel rooms.
