* ac not working *Western toilet was so close to the washbasin that each and every time we got hurt .* lot of cockroaches in bed, washroom, chair and cupboard.*The bedsheet was also not washed properly, many places stains here and there.The only reason I had to stay there was I had made full payment for 2 nights or else in such a horrible hotel I would have checked out the same day.

WORST EXPERIENCE ... we booked this hotel when we went to check jn the hotel receptionist asked extra money ( which we already paid booking amount ) we denied pay ... than they dent allowed us to check in ... so we dent had any option we had to pay extra money... PLZ dont book this hotel Coming to room review... too many cockroaches in the room u see cockroaches everywhere in room ... THINK TWICE before going to this Hotel...

worst experience!
Nobody will come to pick up the waste plates.
cockroaches are there and because of the centralised ac it's kind of problematic for a stay!
Also not a family friendly hotel since there's a rooftop bar and young crowd will come to party at night!

Room are excellent but more attention required on the cleaning and hygiene.
Good location, roof top lounge in the same building, get good restaurant on walk-in distance like Krishna Kutira, Shiva Sagar.
Overall its was good stay this hotel very nice at reasonable price.

the rooms are very small and ambience is not couple friendly. I have opted for breakfast but they didn't provide it.
also they didn't clean the rooms until we ask them to clean. rooms are not so clean.

We had reached the hotel at 11.30 am, we were asked to wait for 10 min. The room was not allocated. At last, room was allocated at 12.45 pm.Most of the time receptionist won't be at the desk.As the rooms and restaurant are in the same place. common are is smelly.Hot water is not available in the morning. Even after repeatedly calling the receptionist.Not worth the money. You pay still you get this type of service. Not recommended at all.
