in spite of confirmed booking the hotel refused to give room saying that there was no room available. then after lot of argument they gave me room with compromised conditions.

stay at lotus grand was nice and comfortable. they could have made some improvement towards cleanliness though. there is no breakfast in the premises but it can be managed. restaurant in 3rd floor provide good and quality lunch and dinner which are also expensive. this place is good choice for people who have business at kothapet area. my overall experience can be graded as good.

Breezy check in process. Clean and cozy rooms with all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Only suggestion is to provide other room options at additional cost, if required .

It was good, feel comfortable, nice hospitality. Always put Townhouse 1357 Hotel Lotus Grand as the first priority to stay.
