The staff was so damn rude.. I couldn't believe that they are into the buisness of serving customers. Hospitality is the most important and basic value when u are running a hotel. But they were like we are doing you a favor by giving you a room in our hotel. I mean seriously!!! Go learn some basic manners of how to talk to people let alone hospitality for that matter. Please never ever book your stay in this property or else ready to face the humiliation even after paying the whole amount upfront!! Pathetic!!!!

1)not the same as i entered in hotel. Rooms looks totally different (not good).2) rooms are spacious- yes.3) no room service.4) they dont have restaurant, and they can't provide anything. I've asked them to order food and they said " you have to get it by yourself from outside or order on zomato".I've ordered tea in the morning, and they served us in small paper cup which they got from outside street market in polythene bag.- very bad.5) since we stayed there for 3 days.
