I usually stay in this hotel every month but this time I had a very bad experience.. There is no ironing facility. I was walking outside for 2 hours to do laundry to iron my clothes.
Hotel staff are not cooperative. Night hotel staff are very rude, they are not used to talking properly to anyone. I found bedbugs in my room.. I was very scared 🤯 I couldn't sleep that night..
There was no hot water in the morning.. It was forbidden to bring outside food in the hotel. If you order some food from Zomato or Swiggy, they will charge you.. I will not stay in this hotel anymore.

room was so poor, light was not enough, washroom was very much uncomfortable, even hanger also not there, toilet flush is and tab was on one side, 😞😞

3 star hotels all around India seldom provide clean bed sheets and pillow cover. In this hotel also, bedsheet and pillow cover were provided reused even when repeatedly asked to change with the washed one.

“the wash basin tap was loose, and one lamp stayed continuously on during night with no option for the customer to switch it off.the hotel is under renovation, and the strong smell of paint was suffocating. the bed quality has deteriorated significantly. additionally, the hot water kitten had a poor quality and was corrosive, leaving residue behind.”

Hotel need urgent renovation , all the rooms are very old and with water spreads on wall . Rooms door not opening with given keys as it is old lock with old cards . Only location is good and I suggest not to go with this option if you have any other hotel available. As cost is high and no value for money .

Room was not good as things were not working properly like AC, Telephone for contacting Reception, Water was unavailable in the toilet, it could have been more better at the price I paid
and Room walls was not good
