I didn't got any room at that hotel. The receptionist asked me to get out of the hotel. I was in the middle of nowhere at midnight.

Worst experience ever. Firstly hotel receptionist denied the check in and demanded extra 1000 rs for check in. It was 2 O'clock in the morning when I got into a lot of trouble just because worst service and hotel receptionist behaviour. Both are not ready to corporate and they didn't provide me another booking. I am never going to book any hotels kindly requesting all that please don't go this Grace Inn hotel. It is just waste of money and time.

It is nice propterty. But staff is rude.. I booked but they denied to check in and asked for extra payment. Also TV was not working since check in.. Even they not bother about it.. Also lot of mosquito in room.. So please carry own anti mosquito cream.. They will not provide you all out.. Rest all good 😊

first, at the time of checkin i was denied the same primarily. as per the staff, their was a proce discrepancy and the hotel denied. i was allowed to check in after i paid extra rs.520/- but i did not get the bill for the same. denied again.
second, meals incuded were not provided as hotel denied the same at the mentioned price of booking and cited reasons that the inclusion wasn't visible on their dashboard. i had to bug seperate meals and spend additional amount of money.
