Disappointing Experience – Needs Improvement
My stay was very disappointing. The rooms did not match the images shown, and the TV was just for display, not functional. When I raised concerns, the staff, including the manager, responded unprofessionally, even suggesting I cancel and find another hotel. Such rude behavior and lack of customer service are unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to others.

the stay was literally horrible. never choose this hotel for your stay. it might look good in the photos but in reality, it is not at all worthy.
