the hotel charged 289₹ extra after checking in saying that the price shown is not the latest. the toilet closet was leaking after flushing it.

We had a booking on 22-05-2024 for 2 AC rooms. Upon our arrival at 1:00 PM, we were informed that there were no AC rooms available. Given that we had traveled a long distance and our families were exhausted, we reluctantly agreed to stay without AC. However, we were then told that there were no fans available either and that we had no option but to look for alternative accommodation. This is the worst service by a hotel anyone can expect. They don't provide any luggage pick up facility. you have to carry your own baggage. They don't provide you cutlery to eat. they don't provide complimentary lunch which i have paid for. They don't provide tv channels to watch. Rooms are filthy, not being cleaned properly. One of the worst experiences you can get it in any hotel and hospitality industry. No hygiene. Pathetic service. Torn bed sheets and pillow covers. Manager is also not interested to check and resolve the issues for customers. Do not recommend anyone.

Bed was not at all clean, mattress was in worst condition , bedsheets and pillows were in bad condition, bathroom full of cockroaches, should take several follow ups if you order something.
