whatever mention they didn't not give those benefits. meals was mentioned but for meal they took extra charge. and extra money as wellThe place was not so well organized and they fool customers by taking extra money once you reach they will ask for the extra amount. rooms are dirty not so cleaned and it is located worst area I have ever seen in my life. Please don't book this hotel try other hotel near to metro.

They charged Rs. 200 extra and denied for dinner and breakfast which is included in my plan.

Even after getting booking confirmation, there was no room available and I needed to wait for a couple of hours for getting the room. I paid additional 300 rs other than actual payment. service was poor. I was stuck because reached to hotel after paying rs 400 in Uber. oyo customer support was also not cooperative because I booked. overall very poor. They had 14 more bookings but no room available which reflects poor coordination b/w hotel.

Some glimpse of my rooms washroom door at hotel. I have booked 3 rooms but I don't know why they don't want me to give the total 3 rooms key at once. Even they are not comfortable with the soft copies of the ID's. Poor customer service.
