The manager argued with me related to the guest entry, he told me " tumhari koi entry ni hogi m bhi dekhta hua kaise room me enter karte ho tum log". very rude behaviour. the manager told the executive " USS LADKI KO YAHA BHEJ DE" they don't have manners on how to talk with your guest.

I booked the room and done the payment as well but when I reached the hotel the receptionist ask for the additional amount so this is not a way you are showing the different amount and accept the booking by taking payment in advance and when the guest reached the hotel asking additional payment and even after paying in advance we are not getting a room on reaching the hotel. Air Conditioner was not at all working, it was feeling like the air is coming from a Cooler. it was not cooling the room as well. As a couple, hotel is good, rooms are spacious, no hassle at check in.

I had booked 3 rooms but each room had its own problem then the hotel changed the room but in these rooms also the same problem, no one's AC is working, the window of any room is broken, only kettle with it no milk, tea, bag No pouch, the staff was good so one day we went to change rooms which was their full support.

Room was Very dirty . Bed cover very Dirty. Curtains seems to be full of dust. Person available on Front Dest was very rude . Make us wait 1 hr to provide room . Health Faucet was leaking all night in the washroom . Might be By chance but it was really bad experience in this Property . Room Service Staff was good cooperative. And Breakfast was really good.

overall a good experience. staff was really kind and the rooms were clean. room service is also okay. location is also great and the interior of the hotel is great. we enjoyed and check in and check out was smooth and the staff is really really kind.
