broken bed and mattress
dirty bedsheets
staff is not cooperative
very poor service
no tap water
no bucket in washroom
no soap in washroom for hand wash
no drinking water provided
telephone extention not working. you can't contact staff for any requirement.
TV not working, only for showoff.
