very untidy rooms, full of cockroaches, stinking,
no good ambience, no courtesy, no drinking water provided. very bad.

very horrible, dirty, no basic amenities like soap, hanger , to hang clothes, cockroach on bed can't sleep whole night... i will post pictures in sometimeneed my money refund for horrible experienceno response on above

First of all Hotel does not appreciate online booking as they were looking disappointed with booking and asked me to book Directly. Secondly Cleanliness needs to be improved, there were so many cockroaches on the bed and other places in the room.TV was not working,
