how can someone say this hotel is 4 star hotel. everything feels misplaced. i stayed here in 2019 and this was one of the best hotel at that time

Awesome! Just need a Partition/barrier between reception and Restaurant areas. That will add more ⭐️ to the ambiance 👍

I had a terrible experience with these individuals as they have the audacity to deny check-in despite a non-refundable payment, citing ridiculous reasons. Moreover, the beds are of such poor quality that sleeping on them is an impossibility, and the overall cleanliness from the front to the bathroom is nonexistent. They charge nearly INR 1500, but the service and room are not even worth INR 500.
