We had booked our stay on 25 and 26 July. We reached the hotel at around 6.30 pm. On reaching the hotel they casually informed us that there are no rooms available for us as there was a short circuit on the third floor. We were shocked to hear this. When we told them you should have informed us atleast in the morning we could have looked for some other accomodation ourselves. They made an arrangement for our stay at a nearby boys hostel which was in terrific condition, extremely dirty. We cancel ...more

Very poor service Breakfast included but not provided. AC was not working, Dirty bathroom, no regular water. Highly unprofessional.
