unhygienic stay.Never choose OYO. they say they don't provide tissue papers in townhouse Oyo. bedsheets were dirty. pillows also.

very poor maintenance by the authorities..they didn't clean the room properly..bathrooms were not cleaned...bedsheets were not properly cleaned and the sanitation was very poor....there was a very pungent smell of cigerette all over the property

I don't recommend this pathetic place Worst experience ever Hotel doesn’t have basic amenities 1.No toilet paper, if you want toilet paper then buy for yourself 2.No breakfast though it was clearly mentioned at the time of booking that breakfast is complementary 3.No sanitisation, if you have problems with the bugs then the management doesn’t care they tell you to open the window or buy repellent 4.No drinking water, if you want water buy for yourself 5.Broken window both of room and bathroom 6.Dirty linen 7.Rude and disrespectful disgusting staff 8.un operational wifi

the townhouse was good before but have changed a lot and not maintained properly. the bed and bedsheets was untidy and even washroom was not maintained properly

The worst experience i faced,Receptionist and staff is Value for money only.Receptionist guy kept me waiting for 50 min to check-in before 11 o clock and also we should pay early check-in money it seems but in Oyo rules there is no need to pay single penny after 10 am check-in's.Main things Rooms AC is not working I changed two rooms same and in another no AC and TV and floor is full of cigarette marks and walls are full of marks and entering into lobby cigarettes are there on floor no neatness ...more

It was horrible. room full of bad smell and no hand spray in washroom. bed and bedsheet were not clean. I definitely don't recommendBed was no clean, stains all-over and I see some left over food as well
