atlast minute they said no room for us ...inspite of we booked 3 days earlier.
so we have to end up with the refund search for a another hotel that was weird .

I do not have any complaint regarding the apartment and its facilities. The rooms were spacious, neat and clean and worth for the money which we paid. However the behavior from the owner Suguna was bit irritating. She had called around 3 or 4 times asking when we will checkout. At the very first time I had informed that we will checkout by 10:30AM or by maximum 11AM for sure because my kid woke up late after reaching Bangalore due to the change in weather conditions and was not comfortable.
