Nice and cosy wooden house experience. The reception area is awesome and one can take lots of nice pics.

Very nice and beautiful hotel. Right opposite the glacier. View from hotel room was very nice. Breakfast had limited options.

Definitely not worth the money or the hype. We checked in on 5th Oct 2021 and stayed for two days. The rooms are spacious but lacked basic cleanliness, housekeeping and maintenance. Neither the bed was made properly, nor the bathroom was clean. The pot was dirty, there were used bottles of shampoo and shower gel lying in the washroom. The entire hotel was extremely understaffed. The hotel is comfortable. the food is EXCELLENT. The rooms are par/average. the service is ok. The rooms are excellent. Food is very delicious and u can tray local cousins also. Staff is very cooperative and humble.The best this is location of the Hotel, Walking distance from Highway and river. U can enjoy scenic beauty of Sonamarg from Hotel itself.

The hotel is decent but seems overpriced. Also, we had booked the room for 5 adults and 1 child but apparently this information was given to the hotel as for 4 adults. However, hotel managed. The food was good and the staff in the kitchen notably "Tanveer" was very helpful and courteous. The gyser wasnt working and i could not connect to frontdesk as the phone lines werent working either.
