the guys the reception tried to claim an extra 499 as taxes as taxes were not included in the nett amount i paid.
he even came up with typed bill and asked me to g pay the amount to his personal number. my flight was at 5:20 in the morning. i had to fight with him at 3 in the morning. the guys at the reception is trying to loot every customers like this. i was lucky not to pay because i knew the rules. but many might have been fooled already. this seems to be a regular practice. please take this matter up with the hotel authorities.
