    The room was not properly cleaned the staff was coming into the room with shoes the guy who was communicating with the staff on phone or managing everything was very blunt whenever we ask him for food he clearly says not possible he did'nt even gave us the option that if your kid is starving you can opt for this or that the bathroom was smelling bad too dayal who was handling the services was good and helpful and one more person was helpful if you are planning to visit this palce kindly bring your food if you have kids

    This was my second stay at the property. One of the best place to relax and spend quality time with your loved ones in Nainital. It is located on hill top and gives you a very good view of the surroundings. Food is great and kamlesh makes very good cold coffee. Support staff is polite and they attend you without any delay.
