Propert was good but need maintenance and good staff, TV was not working, no complimentary tea- coffee and toiletries in the room, these are the basic things provided by Treebo Not at all co-operative staff, I had a meeting early in the morning and even when breakfast time starts at 7:30 am as mentioned in the hotel they did not provide breakfast till 8:10

no proper mngement. in winter season also no hot water available. they give exuces. toilets not clean. water tap bad conditions. bed sheets not maintained clean. and worst, even if we show them, they are not bother. they have execuses for all.

It was a horrible experience. Entire Hotel building & specifically My allotted room was near the Overbridge and I couldn't sleep the entire night due to vehicle noise. TV channels non-operational due to recharge issue, breakfast was pathetic, all cold and of bad taste 😒😡
