Rooms that was shown in your photo, Hotel website are totally different. Intercom/ Phone was defective and forced to use my mobile for services. Breakfast was not buffet and was selective for 2 items only

good experience but there is no restaurant in hotel. however outside hotel, many choices on street food

i liked the stay at this hotel. the staff is friendly anf helpful. the rooms are clean . i recommend staying here . the transport is also easily accessible

the rooms were dirty, there were mosquitoes all over. the ac wasn't working, we were asked to keep the ac at 26 so that it doesn't leak. we had to move to 2 different room which had the same issue. finally we moved to a room on the 10th floor but the flush wasn't working and so we had to discontinue our stay and left at 10:30 in the night. the stay was pathetic.unhygienic hotel. never ever gonna book a room there.i would rate this as minus..

Rooms are very small and not as shown in pictures. Door has only 1 lock which makes the area unsafe. Too much disturbance from outside are all rooms connected to each other way to congested layout. Washroom was not clean . Tv was not working. Although check out time was 11am was asked to checkout earlier stating humara checkout 10ka he hai .not happy with experience

Had booked it for a day. The people at reception were well mannered and kind. Our helper Sunil patiently showed us how the TV works and helped with the logistics around hot water. The rooms are cute and cozy. The sheets were clean and the bathroom too. Luckily they gave us the 10th floor and we could see the whole of Thane from here. Thank you 🌸
