customer care was totally ignored, i by mistakely booked on 5th instead 4th april but they didn't modify or changed hotel. i realised 5 mins later after booking but their behavior treebo was horrible.

worst maintainance.No cleaning, washroom is hygienic.Linen was full of stains, windows were never cleaned in it's lifetime

i already conveyed that my flight to pune is late at night and I will be reaching by 3 am on 1st may .But when i reached there,it was full dark as if it was not a hotel but a shop.There was no security guards also to guide us.Me with me senior citizens parents,wife and infant kid were stranded at 3 am in the night, luckily the driver of taxi helped to bring somebody and now the second part ,the lift is not working and we have around 16 luggages including bags and suitcase .We were given 2 room a ...more

amenities not properly working, hot water supply not working properly, breakfast fixed menu. Restaurant on ground floor is fine, rooms are clean and well maintained.
