i would like to express my disappointment for treebo fort çlub hotel.my check in happened late due to flight delay, there was no help available for check in even after informing them prior. the room quality has degraded for sure as compared to my previous visit in 2023. a lot of mosquitoes in the room and despite of informing about providing a family room,they failed miserably in that. i was a wrong decision to book treebo fort çlub

Staff are not so friendly. Bedsheets, window curtains,Towels are not fresh. There is no recharge for setup box of TV. Overall not a great experience.

The room was spacious, neat and clean. hHowever, there were lot of issues.1. The restaurant was closed at 8:30pm which was hard to digest and staff itself was asking to order the food from Swiggy or Zomato.2. We asked to cool our beverages, however, the service was denied.3. The A/C was hardly working.4. The TV had only 1 channel.5. The hotel doesn't have its own parking so you have to park your vehicle at the roadside on your own risk.

very bad experience tv is not working as only fan is working in ac.in morning asked for tea they told they are busy with function.
