horrible, very bed location, not easily accessible, no help from hotel, room are different from photos, Don't waste your time and money on this hotel. Worst experience

Location was very bad, not directly at Mall road, Rooms were dirty and very small, not at all like shown in pictures, Only few options in food, will not recommend for a family stay. Not recommend for family stay

Staff was helpful but hotel was unpleasant. Trusted the brand name Treebo and booked the hotel after seeing photos but its not at all matching. Ruined our whole new year family vacation and we vacated within 24 hours. not recommended. unheygeinic, located at very narrow street, too high and steep for cars to reach, no lift and not idle for senior citizens.

I booked 2 deluxe rooms and got worst hotel and service experience. Geyser not working, Hot water Kettle not working, Toilet seat in damage condition, TV only have DD free channels, no channel for kids. No chair table in the room. Even not shared wifi password. they can arrange. No open area, terrace is also locked for guests, just be in your room for all the time.Hotel rooms are very very small, not like as per uploaded photo. the hotel was good, the staff co operative, the food is OK, but the main problem was that the hotel is situated on very very high hill. it's is very very difficult to reach the hotel by own car. the local cab will charge 300-400 per drop or pick. so, keep in mind while selecting the hotel.

Pros : Spacious clean room, good view, polite staff and people know about its location. Cons: it's situated on a steep mountain , so it is very difficult to reach by foot, the network ,the wifi of the hotel is terrible, the food doesn't have variety. Norms of the hotel are not flexible , they offer breakfast at 8.30 but we had a train so we left the hotel at 8 and had to pay for even tea.
