It was very good experience with this hotel, It’s location, food was really very good, receptionist (girl, didn’t ask for her name) was really very cooperative and helpful, I would really recommend this hotel, and every time I visit Mussoorie, I would love to stay here.

Very nice Hotel walking distance from Library chowk . Staff also have good behaviour. I recommend all to stay here. Very nice view on the balcony

Very Good Staff-Polite and Humble Very Good Rooms and Prices Prime location a Must Recommended for Stay Mountain view rooms are best In short writing again The staff is exceptionally polite and courteous. The rooms are excellent, and the prices are competitive. The hotel enjoys a prime location. I highly recommend this property for your stay. Mountain view rooms are particularly desirable.

the hotel was average, with clean rooms and friendly staff. however, the decor felt outdated, and noise from neighboring rooms was noticeable. the complimentary breakfast offered basic options, but the dining area was cramped. overall, it’s a decent place for a short stay, but not memorable. would consider alternatives next time.

i m hardcore traveller, i booked this hotel for 6 nov 2024 to 7 nov 24 i reached at hotel at 11.30 pm firstly receptionist was drunked and no helper or staff was available at the time of check in i booked 2 rooms both rooms were very bad and dirty condition.. i called at reception but no body was picking the call and when my son reached there for water botel..... i will not suggest this hotel avoid.

The hotel location is awesome... exactly at the library Chauk. Hotel services are good.. Value of Money type hotel. family hotel... you can visit any time.

The property is old, you have to walk up the stairs just to reach the reception. Wifi did not work, no mobile network coverage,, tv didnt work. Nothing to do. There was no water in the tap in the morning. Had to call the reception and wait for the water to come in the bathroom. It was expensive for such a bad experience
