horrible room 302,the hotel staff knew that the room got some problems specially in bathroom all the system of water flow was hard to use lots of pressure in all tabs where a person is unable to bath unable to wash totally bad worst experience 40 rs tea and they are applying a 100 tax asking me 84 to pay horrible

Chek in process was not at all smooth we came before chek in time at 9am in the hotel and the check in tume was 12 also i have got complimentary 2hrs before chek in but after we went into the hotel they told to pay us 800rps for early cheke in i told them about complimentary check in they they said wait till 10am after that they will allot room for us, but after 10am i asked them they said we couldn't allot room for u you have to wait till 12 eveb tho there were room available itwas to disappoin ...more

Worst ever hotel ever stayed in whole India. Cockroaches 🪳 in the bed room ( check the photo I have uploaded), waist savage water leak in washroom next to bath towel , no working AC , No cable connections in room , they charge Rs.75 for a small 200 ml extra water bottles ( worth Rs.5). They literally abused us by asking my marriage proof when I travelled all the way from Hyderabad by driving and reached at Nagpur at night.
