Good: we were greeted well, shown our rooms promptly, clean rooms. Bad: Very small rooms for the tariff. No complementary water. Every hotel that I have stayed at, including the smallest and the newest till date gave at least 2*500ml bottles complementary, but not The Memoir. Check-in was troublesome with their connectivity down and check out was even worse.
