This was, without a doubt, one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. If there was an award for ruining someone’s trip, this hotel would win hands down, whether it’s their room or their food. I booked a standard room, and what I received was a disaster—a room with a massive pillar right in the middle, completely destroying the space and vibe.
