the room was clean & well maintained. however, the customer has to explicitly tell the receptionist to clean the room otherwise the room will be dirty. except this everything was good and they were supporting cleaning on demand

Zero Parking space. Car can't enter the street also. Only 2W can enter the street, but for that also no parking.It is not a star Hotel in any angle, may be you can say 1 ⭐ Hotel. It's in side a narrow residance street where looks like one house is converted to hotel.Room was clean but ambience was poor.They provide Breakfast but very limited option 2.3 items at Max.Don't get trapped as in this site its entered as 3 ⭐ hotel including Google. Pros: Good location very close to railway station, neat rooms, friendly staff
Cons: No designated parking area
Would highly recommend it to someone visiting to explore pondicherry at a budget price and not on any personal vehicles..
