Great Stay at Treebo – Highly Recommended!
I had a wonderful experience staying at Treebo. The rooms were clean, service was good, and the overall ambiance was pleasant.
If you're arriving by your own vehicle, please note that there’s no dedicated parking or valet service during the day. However, you can park in front of the hotel (subject to availability), and valet assistance is offered at night. We parked in front, and it was convenient and safe.

the stay was good, and the staff interaction was all so good. just the cleaniness of rooms and toilet can be made better, the issue is of its oldness. otherwise, it's a good option to stay in pondicherry. even the restaurant in the hotel is good.

its a good property for stay. I am staying here from last two year when I am in pondicherry. it good. just opposite of Railway station.

Hotel was clean but the room size was very small. Tea bags, sugar sachet were not adequate in numbers. Soaps and shampoo had to be asked and it was not kept in room when we checked-in.

This hotel strictly adheres to its check-in and check-out policies, regardless of room availability. We chose this stay for its proximity to the railway station, but after an overnight journey, we were denied early check-in, even though we were willing to pay for it. The receptionist was unhelpful and dismissive, making communication difficult with her curt responses.
The reason given was that the cleaning staff hadn’t arrived, and we were made to wait 3.5 hours for a 10:30 AM check-in. However ...more
