dirty rooms,, poor room quality, lack of amenities, unresponsive service to complaints, inconvenient location, and unpleasant smells within the room, suffocating room.

Hotel staff was responsive to all request, but overall the property itself was not comfortable for a peaceful stay. Would like to forget the that i ever stayed here.

nice property in nagpur but economy Rooms is ok but standard room is much better then economy are spacious and view also superb from hotel rooms. Staff is very friendly and coperative. Front side and Back side of hotel there are view even superb.🙏

I must say this,I had a very disappointing experience. The service was abysmal from start to finish. The morning staff seemed completely disinterested in helping me,the geyser was not functional, and when i asked for hot water it took them forever to give any assistance, I had to take a cold water bath as I was running out of time, had some important work,Overall, I would recommend them to improve their service and fix things in time.

Pathetic Hotel with no proper room service, size of bathroom is so small that not even one person can stand properly. Asked for Kettle to which they replied that we do not provide kettle despite giving me sachets for tea/coffee. Windows are broken which let outside noise creep in easily not letting you sleep for whole night as it is in Industrial area.

Had a very bad experience... The room was very dirty... I had to ask them to cleen the same... Bathroom commode was broken... Very bad experience all together 🤬
