No hot water available,Shower nob was broken.room phone didn't work. Floor was sticking it was not cleaning. Break fast at 8.30 am but nobody was there and breakfast area . pathetic useless place.

Waste hotel. Although we have informed to cancel the booking one day prior due to some family emergency but hotel has not refunded any amount.

We really are Treebo fans. I searched for treebo hotels in Alleppey and reached here. There was no question about the standards from Treebo. Absolutely loved our stay and value for money. This is a new property so was neat and had quality interiors. Only gap which I found was that the hotel provided regular filtered water supposed to mineral water bottle which I had to purchase. Otherwise everything else was good. Neatness and comfortable

An average hotel with limited facilities.Breakfast is below average and the rooms are so congested .It is very near to Alleppy boat jetty. Not bad.An average stay.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting
