i had a very pleasant experience at this resort (a key check that it has a banquet hall, restaurant & rooms with adequate facilities but can't be termed as a resort as it just has a pool at rooftop with attached restaurant and no lawn or view). the rooms were spacious and well-kept, offering plenty of comfort. the staff was quite helpful and always ready to assist with a friendly attitude. the food was another highlight — both the quality and taste were excellent. overall, a great place to stay, and i would definitely recommend it to others.

A very good hotel near Ranchi and well connected to highways about 5 mins drive. When we reached the rooms were neat and hygienically cleaned. * The room was spacious and ambience was too good with clean linen pillows etc. * The lift facility was available till the 3rd floor and the restaurant and swimming pool is on the 4th floor. * The swimming pool is undergoing maintenance for 20 days because the underwater tiles were broken and customers reported issues of damage so management took care ...more

Dirty and unhygienic rooms. Stains all over the linen, pillow and chairs. Foul smells from the toilet at all times irrespective of the exhaust fan in operation. Poor mattress. Unprofessional front desk. They lack politeness. Food waste is dumped just outside the dining entrance and it has leaked and trailed right from the fourth floor until the ground floor through the staircase.

I booked this hotel almost 2 months back and they have given me room backside of the hotel. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, no lift and phone was not working too. I had to come down at the reception to order food or ask for something until they gave reception landline number. No swimming wearing rules it seems as people were into the pool wearing any tops or bottom of their choice.
