The hotel service was amazing and food of the hotel is delicious, the morning breakfast was really great! And the overall atmosphere of hotel was amazing, the cleanness of hotel is also excellent 👌. If anyone going to odisha bhubaneswar I'll recommend this hotel for sure..

review for hotel elite:
starting with a completely misleading location on google maps as well as property description. it actually is just behind a motorcycle showroom on the main road.
checking in process was flawed from the beginning..
the personnel on duty could not see our name on the guest list and it took some time to convince him at 9 in the night that we were indeed booked.
next up, there were no towels in the room, and were not provided till the next day despite repeated requests.

clean rooms. good amenities. extremely well behaved staff, they went over and beyond when i arrived much earlier than my checkin time and they helped me any way they could. food quality amazing. overall I had a great stay. I would definitely prefer this place again whenever i need stay in khandagiri.

I have a very Bad experience in this hotel .. I was asking for lunch @2.10 in afternoon the front desk person mr replied that lunch time is over and we can’t serve .. then i requested to allow me in restaurant as my guests arrived for meetings he said we will not allow to sit in restaurant as there is one buffet is planed and all rooms are booked from one of party .. then he said you sit in restaurant without ordering anything on that’s I have shown below all Bilas to him but he was very rude and not supportive at all .. very bad experience I had for the first time

Good hotel to stay in Bhubaneshwar. Very good interaction with hotel management, they interact with customers to take feedback for improvement. There are minor inconveniences as hotel is opened after lockdown and still trying to iron out the issues.
