hotel was at ok location rooms were fyn but not upto mark washroom was smelly plus doors were not getting closed properly staff was good n supportive .

The hotel being a treehouse chain was not upto the mark. One will expect more. In terms of cleanliness. Not very clean also the common areas, dinning room, corridors, ledges etc. No hot water even now in winters. Even on request the water was not hot. Food was okay. The night staff in dinning room were polite and helpful.
Not worth the money paid.

It's a wonderful experience staying in Treehouse Queens Pearl hotel, staffs from front desk to housekeeping are so amazing as if we were in our own home, we recall some name among them Mr. karan singh, Ms. Hema ( front desk), Housekeeping Manager Mr Dinesh Kataria, Mr Jitu Mehta & Mr Manoj Kumar ( Dine) were exceptionally cordial. I will refer to my friend and relatives as well.
