Bad choice compared to hotel price. Really bad services, staff was very unprofessional and rude in handling issues. We had internet issues throughout our stay, calls to receptions and house keeping was not being answered for long times. Breakfast was very very limited. Overall this hotel is very average (below 3 star)

Nice river and moutain view hotel.. just 1 km away from Private Bus Stand. We enjoyed our 4 nights stay. View and nice hotel for family.

The behavior of the staff is very good and they are very supportive. The response was very quick. Room and Toilet were very clean. outside view is also okay. ample parking space was available. room. service was good. food was also good. location is very good just 2 km away from Mall road.

Average rating because I booked it in over price, there were no bar and good menu at restaurant, staff was not so good. It was hard to drive to reach this hotel. The only thing i like most is, room view, excellent view of Mountains and river.
