Hotel is at prime location which is very close to ooty bus stand, railway station, boat house etc. Hotel was very neat and clean with very friendly and helpful staff. Room was big and bathroom was spacious as well with all basic toiletries were provided. Hotel Restaurant had served delicious food, whatever dish we tried was upto mark and breakfast had decent variety as well. Overall we had a happy stay at this hotel!

we ( me, my husband and my 14yrs old daughter) stayed at the Trident for 4 nights. The washroom had a terrible smell that was unbearable. After informing them, they changed our room, but the same odor was present in the new room as well. we informed the front desk to check the duct, but his behavior was very casual, and we had to spend 4 nights with that stinky smell. They provided a couch as an extra bed, which was not enough to sleep properly. After asking for a proper extra bed, they said that they only had the option of the couch. overall not at all satisfied with our stay.

Overall Very Good, Rates little bit higher Side.... Good Food, Service,location is good can get Auto and cabs easily. Swiggy and Zomato Available Hotel Travel Desk is very useful and cab provider..Hotel WiFi network is not working properly...

The hotel was in a nice location, really near to Ooty bus stand and most of the attractions. The ambience, vibe and everything was great about it. We booked a 2 bed room. The room was fabulous, the bathroom was clean, hot water 24/7, towels and many other amenities. There were many breakfast options, had to pay for lunch and dinner, they had their restaurant Spice code. We had wifi problem in the room, but it was quickly solved. I would surely consider staying here again if I am to visit Ooty next time.

please don't select the breakfast option as they are really lousy and don't start till 8-815 am Also there is no elevator so not an option for seniors

The hotel was very good and our stay was comfortable. I would like to share the pros and cons of staying in this property. Pros: The room was neat and clean along with the bathroom. Quite a spacious room and value for money. There was hot water 24/7 and the supply of hot water in basin made us very happy in the cold weather. There was regular cleaning and service was impeccable. it's a good experience overall. price is on the higher side, and no views from the room. breakfast options are very good, evening tea quantity is very small but had to pay hefty. night dinner non veg options not upto the mark, and the chicken items we ordered in both the nights were not cooked properly and could see the fresh blood inside. room amenities are very good.
