It was a pleasent experience staying at this property .The owner himself was very polite and he made sure we didn't had any problem staying at property .

Stay was good .room was specious .no hot water supply.bathroom was dirty .toilet seat was broken .breakfast was good but very expensive.for 2 aalu paratha ,2 tea and bread omlet they charged 450 Rs

I visited the hotel in March 2022. The hotel is near Morjim beach. Rooms are clean. The staff is very polite and helpful. The manager Punit Singh is very nice and sincere. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

wonderful location,3min walk to morjim beach.Value for money. helpful sardaar ,he will help u get scooty,taxi. property is nice , spacious with no power cuts.

Absolutely disappointed. Never got to stay in the hotel. The owner asked me to connect with him before I reached the hotel and directly shifted me to a different hotel which was away from beach and had no view at all (for which I had paid). It was so unprofessional and incorrect if I would have been informed earlier I would have cancelled booking and shifted elsewhere. I would recommend NOT to book thos hotel. it seemed liked the owner gave our rooms to some other people and and had us moved.

Great place. Owner is amazing who is like a great guide. Be it Vehicle arrangements, food or whatever.Department store and a great cafe nearby to eat.Thumbs Up!

bedsheets are not clean. hotel is not run professionally. There is only one staff who manages reception, makes bfast (only toast & omlette ) and also makes up room. Bathroom shower did not work. AC did not work so we were moved to another room which had AC working
