We missed our train and can't reach hotel on the booking date. We have intimated hotel staff but they told that they can't do any help. So finally, we have not even checked in the hotel. Even hotel staff don't bother to do any communcation with their guest which shows their involvement in respect to hospitality.

we book online and reconfirmed about wheel chair bcoz guest is handicap. and hotel dont have wheel chair for this passenger. so i want to cancel and process the full refund. already communicate with hotel also
