Away from the city, the surrounding was serene and lush green .The staff is very courteous and the rooms are clean. Food is good , dont miss the evening snacks which is complimentary apart from the breakfast. There is a small indoor games section. The only thing is the rooms could have been more spacious.

Location is good (near Lonavala lake). Service is prompt. Rooms are awesome. Breakfast spread is limited. Food at Triose Dhaba is good.

Rooms and stay was on the top very clean and supportive staff. Need to work on high tea snacks and breakfast, every thing is given for not at taste. taste of food is ok ok

Beautiful and clean rooms with facilities like a 5 star hotel. We stayed at the king room. It included a decent terrace. The space in the package was more than enough for two persons. Breakfast buffet could have been better. Polite and helpful staff. Room Service too can use a little revamp.

A nice place to stay with family if you have come for a 1/2 days trip for Lonavala. The hotel has a charm of its own and the staff is supportive and prompt. The added benefits of access to kids zone in nearby plaza makes it suitable for folks travelling with kids. The breakfast options are good. Hi-Tea with snacks is also nice. Definitely would recommend.
