Hotel is a nice and is in a calm area,very near to the malampuzha Dam. Staff are courteous and helpful. The breakfast was average taste and can be improved.

Room & amenities are not good. We booked deluxe room, they are given very small & conjusted room. No window scene. Very poor experience.

every aspect of the hotel was good however there should be some streamlined modality of transport to and from the hotel which probably could have been taken on by the hotel management.

Location is a definite plus point; property is reasonably well maintained with small but good rooms. Food (esp. Veg) was very limited and of mediocre quality and is disappointing considering the rates charged.

Hotel is pretty old. Maintenance is a must to upkeep quality.
My room door did not lock properly.
There was leakage in the toilet flush.
Room service is also poor.
