check in expirence was not good, Room was not ready and it took around 1 hour though i entered in hotel around 3 30PM. Ac was not working in my room and at night service person came and told Filters are Dirty. There were only 1 towel. In fact what i noticed this is not thr problem of Reception but people (Male staff)infact ignore whatever they say.

My stay was very good. Amenities, hospitality and the facilities were very good.
Rooms are spacious and gym equipment top class. Well maintained. Look forward to my next visit soon.

The amenities were good, and we appreciated the comfort they provided. However, we noticed that the room could benefit from a bit more attention to tidiness and maintenance. Additionally, the room service was slower than expected. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and hope to see some improvements in these areas in the future.

as per the charges it's overpriced there are many better options available at the same cost , and the beds of this hotel are horrible , although staff is nice , only saving grace is their staff

housekeeping staff is good but kitchen staff who is taking order for food is very clumsy.
everytime they forgot to bring any one dish in my food for that i have to wait for long.
bed is not upto the hotel standards.

dirty smelly rooms, bedsheets are poor and old, food quality is stale and limited, reception waiting period is high and poor hospitality...location is fine.
