Hotel nee renovation it was old furniture was old.. bedsheet and pillows were yellow not cleaned properly, not worth the money which I spent

I recently stayed at Hotel Triveni Residency for a night, and I must say, my experience was far from satisfactory. From the moment I checked in, it was apparent that this hotel was not up to par with the standards I expected. Firstly, the check-in process was a nightmare. The front desk staff was disorganized and inattentive, causing a significant delay in getting my room key. I had to wait for almost 45 minutes, despite having made an early arrival request. The Triveni Residency Hotel is situated at prime loaction just opposite to SMS Stadium and Beside Bidhansabha. Rooms as well bathroom are spacious, good and clean. All the amenities were provided. Hotel staffs are very cooperative specially Mr. Manish ji at front desk who extended all the necessary help and support during stay specially when medical emergency. Mr. Ved Prakash ji at reception is nice person too Good connectivity. Food option was tasty and reasonable price. Overall it was a pleasant stay at Triveni Residency. Recommended to stay.
