Please if you DO NOT want to get cheated. Do Not ever book with this 3rd rate so called Company in Goa , Casa Melhor. They are completely cheats and will not give you the apartment you have booked and paid for. Instead will dump you in a 3rd class property...

We had a very nice stay at Casa Melhor apartment. Things which were amazing: 1. The location is very good. 2. Swimming pool and gym facilities were available for guests. 3. The management staff, specially the property manager Mr.Venu was very helping and amazing at this service. He helped us a lot with local transport arrangements and was reachable 24X7 4. Well designed Apartments fully furnished, Mr Venu Gopal Manager was very cooperative.... I just stayed for a day the only problem was transportation it's difficult to get any transport And the tourist taxis charge you Rs 1000 even for small distance good for family not for single travellers

One thing is there is no breakfast facilities nearby, which is a problem. Other than that the place is good, silent, and good for a family stay. It's like a home feeling stay there. The beaches n hotels are less than 5 min away from the stay .

Got an amazing apartment where we got a personal terrace at the top. Apartment had all the required amenities much more than expected. Location is the best thing I like about Casa Melhor as its very close to the Candolim Beach and market. This is my 2nd visit and once again it exceeded my expectations which makes me feel this is by far the best apartment I could get near to the Candolim area and other beaches are easily accessible from here. I definitely look forward to getting their services in the future as well.

i would like to give it 4 stars. We booked casa melhor but we stayed in goveia holiday homes. As per owner casa owns the property so and they have many properties. Overall it was a nice stay, rooms were good and cleaned. TV ,fridge,A.C was working fine. Property manager Venu was very helping and humble guy and he guided us where to go and even helped in arranging scooters for us. This was my first Experience with Casa Melhor. It was a mixed bag when it comes to reviewing this place. It was promised by Miss Merlin to us on booking that it will be a 2Bhk with pool and terrace at sun and sand property but when we reached the place we were offered some other private property named Dona Alicina some 2km away from actual hotel, this one had pool but was not allowed for use and no terrace this was frustrating so we managed to bargain on cost and Mr. Venue who is the property manager who assured us that this is totally the hotels fault due to system error in booking and he will mak ...more

hey nice stay at the hotel......the hotel was as shown in goibibo pictures..very best stay for the budget.....was very neet n clean....the swimming pool was in great location.....the view n the location is sceinic n had osm experience
