the room was full of dirt. the bathroom was too small and has a leakage. mirror was blurry. balcony was dirty too

celling fan not working properly, bathroom is very dirty and wc flush is not working at all. lift not working in 3rd floor. we have to go at 4 th floor then takes down stairs. balcony is not usable as air con water mesh up.

Not at all recommended.... lift do not work... services are not provided.... don't provide with any food... rooms and washrooms are very dirty, they don't even clean the rooms... as compared to the price, the hotel is just sub- standard... compared to the pics of the rooms, it is horrible in reality.

1) even though i booked the room online, i had a lot of trouble getting a room.
2) the receptionist at the tulip hotel in old digha harassed the first entry in various ways, even calling the police.
3)and i was also told that i should have called them before coming here, but i didn't get any of their phone numbers.
4)when i talk about it, they don't give me a room. and they talk to me bitterly, saying that i have to talk to the guardian and harass me in various ways. after one to two hours li ...more

worst place in the digha.
receptionist is not attentive at all.
hotel as well as rooms are very dirty and unhygienic.
no cleaning of toilet.
check in process is very horrible because they have mentioned check in time as 12pm but allow us on 1.40pm even after so many request.
I am requesting please don't stay in this place , it is totally waste of money
checkin time is very worst as we have checked in on 1.40pm instead of 12pm(hotel mentioned time).
