room was with seipage
no bathroom amenities, and after requesting i got two soap and one small shampoo bottle - for three pax stay for two nights
i could stay only one night and checked out next day.
i am looking for a full refund and it completely spoiled my weekend trip

the property's view and site were okay, but the hotel room was disappointing. bedroom was pathetic, the bed was in a broken condition, the bathroom doors were not in order, and the room wasn't clean. moreover, the bedroom sheets appeared to be merely rearranged rather than changed. the front desk staff lacked hospitality and cooperation, which was unfortunate. to improve, they could strive to be more polite and helpful towards their customers. additionally, the location's connectivity was inconv ...more

I checked into this property and was extremely disappointed. The condition is terrible — the room had a foul odor, the furniture was broken, and there was leakage and seepage in the washroom. The photos shown on the website are completely misleading and do not reflect the actual state of the property.

only advantage is location where hotel situated amazing. however, in terms of stay it is not worth of money. toilet hotwater not come properly just installed home heater where it works limitedly. western toilet only comfortable can use by tall people above 6 ft height coz toilet installed height, where difficult for children and women. over all a good experience, stay location is really good and mountain view rooms give a serene view. since it’s on a hill it’s cool here. enormous parking space, good restaurant and service
