I am writing to provide feedback regarding my frequent stay at this establishment. Overall, I found the accommodations to be very conducive to a calm and peaceful experience, which I greatly appreciated. I especially want to commend the twin bedroom with a balcony overlooking the valley view; it offered a truly serene and picturesque setting.

Terrible experience at Tulips Village Resort
The facility team is the worst I’ve ever dealt with — they don’t know how to talk to guests and the rooms were not clean at all. We booked a room based on the description provided, but they gave us a different one and demanded extra money for the room we actually booked. When I asked for an explanation, they had none. The hotel was nothing like the pictures shown online. It's located far from the city center, with no shops, restaurants, or facilities nearby, making it extremely inconvenient. The cleanliness was poor, the arrangements were unorganized, and overall the place felt untidy and neglected. The reception staff were unhelpful and lacked basic professionalism. If zero stars were an option, I would have given that. I strongly advise against choosing this hotel, especially for families or anyone looking for a safe and comfortable stay.

Disappointed with Food & Policies Despite Decent Service
The room at Tulip Village Resort was okay, and I must say the room service and reception staff were quite good and helpful. However, the overall experience was ruined by their unreasonable policy of not allowing guests to bring outside food into the room.
