Decent Stay Near Morjim Beach – 3.5/5
The hotel is in a nice location, though not within walking distance of Morjim Beach. It is well-maintained, clean, and staffed with friendly and helpful personnel.
Pros:
Adequate-sized swimming pool with clean, blue water.
Spacious green lawn and large parking area.
Convenient bike/car rental available just across the road.

very poor service1. no mirror in the room2. the washroom is very small.3.only washroom has a mirror which is also very small (u can see only your face)4. no fridge5. tv was mostly not working. even after calling multiple times they didn’t fix it permanently.6. the area in which this hotel is also very silent. however, it is very close to morjim beach.my experience was very poor will not recommend anyone.

Biggest lie of hotel - property is not managed by Fedfox/Lemon tree.
No fans in room, no almirah, washrooms size are toooooo small like a matchbox, washbasins are scratching doors.
Staff was not so welcoming, buffet was ok
food Dine in is good

worth only 2500rs/day for balcony room.

it was a great experience.. we stayed for 5 nights. breakfast buffet was good.
restaurant food was delicious. spent enjoyable time at pool side.
good staff, decent crowd, fast services andbudget friendly..

Had booked a premium room which I got from goibibo website... very spacious and moreover clean.. may that be room or the outdoors... very clean and maintained...
Awesome place to visit... Awesome interiors... Awesome rooms except 1 thing... which was OWL NOISES FROM THE OUTDOOR AC UNIT AREA (Heard from the washroom+bathrrom region)... Was there for 4 nights 5days.... many a times couldn't sleep coz of OWL CRIES late at night...
