I would not recommend this hotel at all. The staff is extremely unprofessional and unresponsive—they don’t even provide basic amenities like towels or soap. There’s no lift, no TV, and the bathroom was filthy. The worst part? A staff member took my phone under the pretext of checking my booking and accessed my WhatsApp without my permission, then gave themselves a 5-star rating from my account. That’s a serious breach of privacy.
Overall, this place lacks basic cleanliness, facilities, and professional behavior. Avoid at all costs

This is the worst hotel ever. At my stay there was no cleaning, room was worst, no towel and soap available and they charged me extra. It was like dharmashala. I request not to book this hotel at all.

our stay at the hotel twamev was fantastic😍! the rooms were exceptionally clean and well-appointed👌, with comfortable beds and stunning views of the city. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. the breakfast🍲 buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options, and the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the nearby attractions. we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting uttam nagar delhi .".
